Question 1

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

No. Browse, reveal codes and shop without registering. Favorites are stored only in your browser.

Question 2

Why do I need Firefox?

Accepted Answer

This platform is built for people who browse with Firefox. Coupon codes are revealed when the site detects Firefox. Merchant pages and general offer details are visible in any browser.

Question 3

How do you know which browser I use?

Accepted Answer

From the browser name your browser includes with every request. It's a practical check, not proof: we don't fingerprint devices. On some devices (like iPads) the browser can't be identified, so you can confirm it yourself.

Question 4

Does a code only work in Firefox at the store?

Accepted Answer

Usually not. Unless a merchant says otherwise, a code works at checkout in any browser. Only offers labelled Firefox Exclusive have been agreed with the merchant for Firefox users.

Question 5

How does this site make money?

Accepted Answer

When you follow a link to a store and buy something, the store may pay us a commission through an affiliate network. It doesn't change your price. Commissions are never shown as your discount.

Question 6

A code didn't work. What can I do?

Accepted Answer

Use the 'Did it work?' buttons on the offer. Reports help us check and remove broken codes.
